Heapy Engineering's Building Commissioning Services continues to rise in Consulting Specifying Engineer Magazine’s Annual Ranking of MEP and Commissioning Services firms. For 2010 Heapy Engineering was listed as the #5 Commissioning Services firm in the country.

A study by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratories of 224 Commissioned Buildings has shown that Commissioning Services typically provides a Return on Investment of over 20% for new buildings and over 140% for existing buildings.
