Heapy Engineering welcomes Jason Brown, PE, LEED AP BD+C, as a Principal.
Jason, a mechanical engineering graduate of Wright State University, joined Heapy Engineering in 1993. Always a leader, in 2003, Jason became one of the firm's first LEED® Accredited professionals through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
As a Project Manager, Jason led Wright State University's Diggs Laboratory project which received LEED Gold certification from the USGBC.
Jason joins two of Heapy Engineering's class of 2009 Principal
Jason Brown, PE LEED AP BD+C, has designed systems for various types of buildings including universities, municipal buildings, office buildings, health care facilities and manufacturing facilities. Most recently he designed the Midwest's largest central plant geothermal system for The Ohio State University's South High Rise renovation project.
Gary Eodice, PE, LEED AP BD+C, has been with Heapy Engineering since 1981. Gary's extensive Mechanical Engineering background has led to his position as Heapy Engineering's HVAC Technical Leader. In this role, Gary provides mechanical concept design, establishes standards and oversees the staff's technical training.
John O'Brien, PE, LEED AP BD+C, is Heapy Engineering's Indiana Operations Manager. John has been with the firm for 17 years and is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Always promoting sustainable solutions, John is currently the Chair for the Indiana branch of the US Green Building Council.
