Our technical staff is made up of Directors, Team Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Senior Designers, Design Engineers, Design Drafters, CAD Drafters, Commissioning Technicians, and Field Observers.

We have a wide range of ages within our office. Almost half of our employees have been with Heapy 10 or more years, yet we maintain an active college co-op program with specific goals in mind as they go through our program. Many of the students are hired as design engineers upon graduation. Our co-op students have come from such colleges as Wright State University, The University of Dayton, The Ohio State University, Ohio University, University of Cincinnati, University of Toledo and Miami University.
