Heapy Engineering's engineers are experts in confirming compliance with the LEED Rating system’s Energy and Atmosphere Prerequisite 2 Minimum Energy Performance (EAp2) and in calculating the energy cost savings under the Energy and Atmosphere Credit 1 - Optimize Energy Performance (EAc1). Our engineers use state-of-the-art building energy analysis simulation tools to project annual energy consumption and costs, and resultant energy cost savings to compare the LEED Building Systems with the required ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1 standard baseline building.
