Heapy Engineering has extensive experience with planning and delivering
both Sustainable Design and Commissioning Services. A successful
Sustainable Design project can only be achieved through early and
thorough planning. Identifying the opportunities for LEED Credit
points should first be extensively studied during the project planning
stage. PHE Engineering plays a significant role in achieving success in
the sustainability and LEED certification of a project (39 of the 69
LEED certification points are related to PHE engineering design). Heapy
Engineering provides a high level of expertise in these areas required
for a successful LEED certification of a project.
Heapy Engineering is working on multiple projects to obtain lower impact, sustainable buildings by improved energy efficiency, reduced waste and maintainable systems. Heapy Engineering is a member of the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) and 30% of our design professionals are LEED Accredited Professionals. The Heapy Engineering Headquarters has received the LEED-NC Silver Certification from the US Green Building Council.
