Tuttle Construction Headquarters
Heapy Engineering provided Mechanical-Electrical Design, Commissioning, and LEED Program Management Services for the new 40,000 SF Tuttle Construction Headquarters in Lima, OH.
The project included the following sustainability features: natural lighting, high-efficiency water system, energy-saving heating and air conditioning, controllable lighting systems, eco-friendly interior decorating choices, and recycled building materials.
This project is LEED-NC Gold Certified.
The project was completed in 2009.
