Heapy Engineering provided Commissioning Services for the new 97,800 SF Cleveland State University College of Education.
The new College of Education provides multiple classrooms, science labs, math labs, nursing labs, instructional design studio, computer labs, counseling, reading and literacy clinic facilities, and offices for over 100 faculty and staff.
A key feature of the facility is the inclusion of state-of-the-art voice, data, and video technology to model applications of technology in teaching, research, and service.
The project was completed in 2009 with an estimated total construction cost of $26.2 million.
