Columbus Regional Hospital Commissioning
Heapy Engineering is providing LEED Program Management and Commissioning Services for the new state-of the art patient bed tower and emergency department. The addition to these areas is 154,550 SF.
The project also includes a renovation to existing laboratories. Our Commissioning Services of the laboratories include the following:
- Fire alarm system
- Telecommunication system
- Nurse call system
- Terminal units (Variable Air Volume Units) including field verification and functional testing of 13 boxes
- Room pressurization testing between laboratories and hallway
Also included in the project is an Electrical Emergency Equipment Upgrade and Lincoln Park Controls Upgrade.
This project is Registered with the US Green Building Council for LEED Certification.
The projects completion date is scheduled for 2010 with a total construction cost of $69,700,000.
