Keystone Parke Commissioning
Heapy Engineering provided Commissioning Services for the 4-story, 67,000 SF Keystone Parke Office Building.A portion of the first floor is an indoor parking garage.
Commissioning services for this project include:
- Cooling tower system
- Hot water boiling system
- ERV Central Air Handling System for Make-Up Air purposes
- Exhaust Ventilation Systems (including Parking Garage Systems)
- Heat Pump Units (100 percent of Core & Shell units)
- Automatic temperature control system. Includes general operational checkout in conjunction with specific commissioned equipment and the sequences of operation
- Lighting Controls Systems to meet LEED Energy Credit criteria
- Domestic water generation, pumping and mixing systems required to meet LEED Water Efficiency Credit criteria
Heapy Engineering provided Commissioning Services to meet the Fundamental Building Systems Commissioning Prerequisite (Eap1) and the Enhanced Commissioning LEED Credit (Eac3) of the USGBC’s LEED-CS Rating System, version 2.0.
The project is LEED-CS Silver Certified.
