WPAFB Signature Technology Lab
Heapy Engineering designed the Mechanical-Electrical systems, and provided LEED Program Management and Commissioning Services for the 4-story, 40,000 SF, SCIF addition to the Signature Lab at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
The lab and office space contains multiple SCIF offices, conference rooms, and lab spaces.
This project is registered with the US Green Building Council for LEED Certification.
The project was completed in 2009 with a total construction cost of $7,400,000 and a Mechanical-Electrical cost of $3,227,000.
