Fort Hamilton Healthcare Center

Community_Behavioral_Health_1Heapy Engineering designed the Mechanical-Electrical systems, provided Commissioning Services and LEED® Program Management Assistance for the 34,260 SF renovation of the Fort Hamilton Healthcare Center.  The building’s function is to provide drug, alcohol, and mental health counseling, rehabilitation, and support services to Butler County. A focus on energy savings was employed throughout the design effort.  Due to the existing building’s location, security of the patients and employees was considered.   Community_Behavioral_Health_2

The project was completed in 2008 with a total construction cost of $4 million. 

This project is LEED Certified.  This project received certification under the LEED for New Construction rating system.
