Kettering College of Medical Arts
Heapy Engineering designed the Mechanical-Electrical systems for the 47,000 SF addition and renovations to the existing 23,000 SF College of Medical Arts.
The new facility includes a student life center, learning resources center, a chapel, technologically advanced classrooms and laboratories. Renovations to the original current building, include administrative offices and a greatly needed nursing skills laboratory.
The Learning Resources Center includes technology for contemporary learning methods and will house academic support and tutorial programs for individual and group learning projects.
The project was completed in 2006 with a Mechanical-Electrical construction cost of $3,700,000 and a total construction cost of $12,900,000.
