Wesley Willows Retirement Facility
Heapy Engineering designed the Mechanical-Electrical systems for the new 91,828 SF new Wesley Willows – Willow Ridge.
Phase 1 includes a two-story community center and Phase 2 includes forty Independent Living Apartments with underground parking.
Willows Suites is the newest and largest senior apartments 
in Rockford, Illinois. Connected to the Town Center, they offer floor plans of 800 to 1,200 SF with balconies, a choice of one or two bedrooms, large kitchens, volumes of storage space, and 21,500 SF of underground parking.
The 37,000 SF Town Center offers a variety of new amenities. It features an aquatic center, an auditorium seating 300 guests, a fitness center with a running/walking track, a bistro, gift shop, media center, an art center, private dining room, game room, and a grand lobby.
The project was completed with a total construction cost of $15,600,000.
