Maple Heights City Schools
Heapy Engineering is providing LEED® Program Management services for over 503,000 SF for Maple Heights City Schools. The project consists of a PK-1 Elementary School, a 2-3 Elementary School, a 4-5 Elementary School, a middle school, and a high school. All buildings are currently under construction and all should be completed by 2012.
This project is registered under the LEED green building certification program.
The schools are expected to be completed with a total construction cost of $104,558,558.
