Commissioning service provides additional quality assurance for building projects by verifying building systems operate per the intended design. Through this "Functional Testing" of the building systems, commissioning involves the engineer in the construction phase, which provides the opportunity to insure that the building design works.

Commissioning Services offered by Heapy Engineering can include: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Technology related systems. In addition, we work with numerous specialty consultants to provide commissioning of building envelope (roofs, glazing, etc.) structural and other systems.
